Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer complimentary DHL Express shipping on all orders, worldwide. There are no hidden fees, no minimum order value, and no exceptions. Your order is also fully insured from the moment it leaves our Antwerp boutique until it arrives safely at your door.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are listed on each individual product page to ensure complete transparency. As a general guideline:
- Europe: 1–2 business days
- USA & Canada: 2–4 business days
- Rest of the World: 3–6 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local customs clearance, and public holidays. For made-to-order and custom pieces, the shipping timeframe begins once your piece has been completed — the estimated production time is clearly stated on the product page.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL Express tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time directly on the DHL website.
If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our team at clientcare@zizovdiamonds.com.

Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply. For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by ZIZOV Diamonds. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
