Yes — without exception. We provide fully detailed 3D CAD renders from multiple angles before a single grain of gold is cast. Production does not begin until you have formally approved the design — in writing.

We offer a complimentary 2-year limited warranty on all fine jewellery purchases. This covers manufacturing defects including loose diamonds or prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps, and damaged soft chains.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, resizes, lost centre stones, or stolen pieces. Alterations by external parties void the warranty.

Custom-made products are not subject to standard return provisions under Belgian law. However, if a customised product does not meet expectations due to measurement discrepancies or manufacturing faults, you may return it for repair or adjustment within 30 days from delivery.

• Measurement discrepancy from your designated sizes, or a manufacturing fault
• Returned in original packaging — including certificate, accessories, gift box, and case
• In perfect, unworn condition — incomplete, damaged, or dirty items will not be accepted

Lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled environments replicating natural formation conditions. Both are chemically, physically, and optically identical — the only difference is origin. Both are available at ZIZOV with full GIA, IGI, or HRD certification.

Yes — without exception. All our diamonds are ethically sourced, certified conflict-free, and fully compliant with the Kimberley Process. We work exclusively with suppliers operating under the strictest ethical and sustainability standards.

Every centre stone — natural or lab-grown — is independently certified by one of the world's three most respected gemological institutes:

• GIA — Gemological Institute of America
• IGI — International Gemological Institute
• HRD — Hoge Raad voor Diamant (Antwerp Diamond Council)

The original certificate is always delivered with your piece. HRD is headquartered here in Antwerp — as are we.
