What is the typical timeline?
From consultation to final reveal, our bespoke process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. Every stage is perfected before the next begins. If you have a specific date in mind, let us know early and we’ll plan around it.
Are the diamonds GIA, HRD, or IGI certified?
Always. Every centre stone — natural or lab-grown — is independently certified by GIA (Gemological Institute of America), HRD (Hoge Raad voor Diamant, Antwerp), or IGI (International Gemological Institute). The original certificate is delivered with your piece.
Can I see the design before production starts?
Yes — without exception. Step 2 of our process is a detailed 3D CAD render from multiple angles. We do not begin casting until you have approved the design in writing. Revisions can be requested at no extra cost.
What metals do you work with?
Exclusively 18 Karat gold in yellow, white, and rose — and Platinum 950. All metals are hallmarked and certified. We do not offer 9K or 14K gold in our bespoke service. This quality standard is non-negotiable.
What is the minimum investment?
Our bespoke service starts at approximately €2,500 for a wedding band and from €4,000 for an engagement ring. A full transparent price breakdown is provided before any commitment is made.
Can I use my own heirloom stones?
Yes, in most cases. We regularly work with heirloom diamonds and family stones. Our gemologist assesses the stone during consultation to confirm suitability. We take full responsibility for all client-provided stones throughout the creation process.
