How to Measure at Home

1

String or Paper Method

Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your finger at the knuckle. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length with a ruler in millimetres.

2

Existing Ring

Place an existing ring on a ruler and measure the inner diameter in millimetres. Multiply by π (3.14159) to get the inner circumference in mm.

3

Find Your Size

Match your measurement (mm) to the table above. If between two sizes, we recommend the larger size for comfort.

How to Measure Your Wrist

1

Wrap & Mark

Wrap a soft tape measure or a strip of paper snugly around the narrowest part of your wrist — usually just above the wrist bone.

2

Read the Measurement

Note where the paper or tape overlaps. Measure the length in centimetres. This is your wrist circumference.

3

Add Comfort

Add 1 cm for a snug tennis fit, or 2 cm for a comfortable everyday fit. Match the total to the chart above.
