At ZIZOV DIAMONDS, each product comes with an official jewellery document in which a jewellery item is authenticated this report provides a general discription of the jewel, the diamonds it contains and the precious matarials of which it is made.

All of our jewelry are shipped worldwide fully insured, and free of charge. We currently primarily ship with DHL Express.

Returns are accepted free of charge within 14 days of the date you receive your item(s). All of our jewelry have security tags attached to them, and if this is removed or tempered with, your right of return is voided.
