At Zizov Diamonds, we are committed to delivering jewelry of the highest quality. We take every measure to ensure that your jewelry arrives in impeccable condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a piece with a defect, we are here to make it right for you.

Our commitment to quality extends to a complimentary 2-year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases. This warranty covers any issues resulting from manufacturing defects, including loose diamonds or prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps, and damaged soft chains.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, or cracked stones. Additionally, it does not apply to resizes, lost center stones, or stolen pieces.

If you encounter any issues with your Zizov Diamond piece, please reach out to us for guidance on how to proceed with your repair. For in-store purchases, contact us at clientcare@zizovdiamonds.com, and our Customer Concierge Team will assist you in initiating the repair or resizing process.

(Please be aware that any alterations made to our pieces by external sources will void this warranty.)



Your satisfaction is our top priority at Zizov Diamonds. We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days from the date of receiving your item(s). To ensure a smooth return process, all our jewelry comes with security tags attached. Please refrain from removing or tampering with these tags, as doing so will void your right to return the item.
