At ZIZOV Diamonds, every piece is crafted and inspected with exceptional care. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help — quickly and professionally.
2-Year Limited Warranty (Manufacturing Defects)
All fine jewellery purchases include a complimentary 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) under Belgian and EU law.
Examples of what may be covered:
- Loose diamonds or prongs
- Missing pavé stones
- Broken clasps
- Damaged soft chains (where due to manufacturing defect)
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or loss. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Scratches, dents, or general wear
- Stretched, kinked, or broken chains due to wear or accidental pulling
- Cracked or chipped stones
- Lost centre stones, stolen pieces, or unexplained loss
- Resizing not due to manufacturing defect
Please note: Any repair, resizing, polishing, or alteration performed by a third party will void this warranty.

Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
We value your trust and strive to ensure transparency in every transaction. All purchases are subject to Belgian and European consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years).
Final Sale Policy & Right of Withdrawal
Because the value of gold, diamonds, and other precious stones may fluctuate based on market pricing, purchases of certain items may fall under exceptions to the 14-day withdrawal right (EU consumer law).
As a general rule at ZIZOV Diamonds:
- Refunds are not available once a sale is completed, except in cases of defect or non-conformity (statutory rights).
- Custom-made or altered items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before payment is processed.
- Once payment has been accepted and the item is released, reserved, shipped, or customized, the sale is final (except statutory rights on defects).

Exchanges (Commercial Gesture)
Where possible, we may consider an exchange as a commercial gesture, at our sole discretion, within 14 days of purchase/receipt.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn, in original condition, and include receipt and any certificates.
- Security tags must remain attached and untampered. Removing or altering security tags voids eligibility for an exchange.
- A market value adjustment may apply based on current gold/diamond prices.
This exchange option is in addition to, and does not replace, your legal rights.
Custom Orders
- Custom-made, engraved, resized, or altered items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once work has begun.
Defective or Misdescribed Items (Statutory Rights)
If your item is defective or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under Belgian/EU law (2-year legal guarantee of conformity). Depending on the situation, this may include:
- Free repair
- Replacement
- Refund or store credit (if repair or replacement is impossible)
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details so we can resolve it quickly.
Tax Free (Global Blue) Purchases
Tax Free transactions are considered completed upon purchase. Your legal warranty rights remain valid even after initiating a Tax Free procedure.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We work in accordance with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express dispute resolution procedures. Fraudulent or erroneous chargebacks will be contested with supporting documentation. This does not affect your right to contest unauthorized transactions.
